Mark / Spencer - yes the check box cured it. I'm slightly confused as to what the Recipient Policy check box does here. I thought the Recipient Policy just referred to the address after the @ so that if an e-mail domain changed it can be easily updated. However where does the first part of the user e-mail address get set - it appears to come from the Windows logon name ?
