You can add a disclaimer from the Exchange. IT can be done from the
exchange itself or else you have to buy a third party program like GFI's
Mail essentials. http://www.gfi.com

Does anyone know a method for setting a footer or signature for all
recipients on an Exchange 2000 server (as opposed to having each
recipient
set their own message notifying people of an e-mail change)?
