Only one database in Exchange Standard can be a mailbox store and only
one database in Exchange Standard can be a MAPI Public Folder store.

All the other stores can be application public folders, but are not
visible via Outlook.

Therefore, you are limited to 16 GB in the mailbox store and 16 GB in
the MAPI public folder store.
