Yes just type the new location and exchange will move them for
you. Note that it will take the store offline before moving them
automatically.

it looks ok, but the database files *.edb and *.stm is on the
old (original location) .

how can I move this files? Because on the Mailbox Store\Database
tab the location is the old one.

Go to exchange system manager, expand till you reach the
information store. Right click and choose "database" tab. From there
you can select a new path and then exchange moves the database for you
to the new path
