[ExchangeList] DST: rebasing tool

Hello,

I tried the rebasing tool in my test environment and found some wierd activity...

Question: where does the rebasing tool get the time zone information (the first line in the graphical display....)

because my pc time zone is set to GMT-5 and the rebase tool shows GMT+1....

is the time zone information stored on the exchange server or on outlook itself ???
