In Exchange System Manager, open <organization> -> Recipient.

In "Offline Address Lists", you'll find "Default Offline Address List",
which points to "All Global Address Lists -> Default Global Address
List".

If you want your default offline address list to contain something
different than the default, you create a new address list in "All
Address Lists", update the A/L the "Default Offline Address List" points
to, and do a rebuild.

For detailed information on this process, see KB 280435.

If you are talking about Exchange 55 or earlier, I have no idea and all
bets are off.

Subject: [exchangelist] DOWNLOADING OFFLINE ADDRESS BOOK IN OUTLOOK 2003

http://www.MSExchange.org/

Hi

I used the option in outlook 2003 to download my address book for off
line use. It works but only dowloads the default Receipients container.
I have other receipients containers with email addreses that I would
like to download aswell. Is there a way of doing this??

Regards

Naboth
