Everytime I create a new/blank message, it gets rejected... And at the
bottom of the message, where it tells you who you are, it's definitely
not me...

I think when I respond to someone else's message, it goes through fine

I keep getting messages from list manager that the message was rejected
(actually happened trying to reply to your post, so this itself might be
a repeat). So from my vantage my message didn't get through but perhaps
it actually did.

I would *think* that it's apparent messages that have exact content are
repeats because of a technical issue.

Why is there a recent trend to send multiple emails to this list? This
has been an issue with a couple users in particular, but happening
frequently in general. Some appear to be of a technical origin, but
others are simply the person sending more than one email saying the same
thing.

In Exchange 2000 is there a way to customize the message sent when users
reach the size limit?
