That just shows you what is being monitored not the actual status. You can add and remove entries from there S ________________________________ From: Todd Hofert [mailto:todd@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Thursday, March 02, 2006 9:03 AM To: [ExchangeList] Subject: [exchangelist] Critical State Stopped http://www.MSExchange.org/ I have a strange issue with one of my Exchange 2003 servers. Under status in System Manager it lists the server name with a status of Critical:Service not running. Clicking on the Default Microsoft Exchange Services lists all Exchange Services and all are listed with a state of Running. Reviewing the services from Computer Manager/Services also shows that all services are running. Services have been restarted and the entire server has been restarted. Event viewer has no suspicious events. Mail is flowing as expected. Any ideas why this is showing as service not running and or how to correct?
