Creating some default distro groups

When I first installed Exchange it had an Everyone group. I then installed
Exchange on another server, moved all mailboxes and uninstalled the old
server. Somewhere in that process the Everyone group disappeared. It wasn't
something I did on purpose if it was something I did directly.

How can I get an Everyone group back? Also, is there a way to have the
Everyone group be a default group that when I add a new user to AD they get
put in the Everyone group automatically. I'm really only talking about
Exchange, though I know it's all rooted in AD so you can't really separate
the two. But it seems the Everyone group was purely an Exchange group cause
it never existed in our AD (I THINK.).

Any help would be appreciated.

As a corollary to this. what is the best way to create distribution groups
for internal Exchange email? Is it just to create AD Distribution-only
groups and put users in those groups? Or (as I alluded to above) is there a
way to create distro groups (that will be universal for all users) in
Exchange only?

TIA.
