[ExchangeList] Re: Create Folder in Outlook for all users

Unfortunately, Public Folders will not work.  I need to create a folder in every user’s mailbox so I can run a Policy against that particular folder.  I know there is a way to do this, just never done it before.

Would Public Folders work or are they different  for each user?  2007 we have Managed folders, but I don't know if 2003 does.

Hello all,

 

   Need to create a Folder in Outlook for all users in a given mailbox store.  I am running Exchange 2003.  Anyone have any good tips to accomplish this?

 

   I am hoping that the new folder will not be able to be deleted by users – if possible.  Thanks for any tips.
