In outlook 2003 start a blank rule, select check messages after sending,
then hit next and hit ok to confirm that you will be applying this to
all messages that you send and check CC: to people or DL.

Don't know what version of Outlook you are using but this is available
in Outlook 2003.

Let me know how it goes.

Mike - thanks for part 2 which works fine for me. I still have the issue
of outgoing mail always being cc:'d to another.

Anyone else ? Debbie - I can't see a form of Rule that would do what I
want....unless you know different !!

Not sure the answer to your first part, but if you want emails to go to

two or more users, you can do this a couple of ways.

1. Create a mailbox and add the new mailbox to each profile.

2 Go into Delivery Options, Forward to, Mailbox and have it go to both

mailboxes.

Sorry - I tried info. on this earlier with no response so I guess it

either can't be done within Exchange or the group don't know an answer

!!

I have a user who, when he sends mail, wishes to automatically copy the

message to another using without having to add cc: address in all the

time. AND any messages coming into that user are also copied to this

other

user. Can anyone advise if this possible and guidance on how ?

Simon
