In E2K3, journaling is a per-store setting so you'd need to move the individual 
user to his/her own store (assuming Enterprise Edition of Exchange is used).

Failing that, upgrade to E2K7 which has journaling on a per-store, per-user or 
per-dist group capability.

    how can we set copy of mails sent and recieved from specified user sent to 
anothe rmail box( manager 's ) . can we achive this buy exchange or we need to 
buy third party software .please advice
