This sounds like a Mailbox size restriction issue. You need make sure
the emails that are failing are not enlarging the mailbox size to beyond
the maximum allowed. Ask the recipient to do some clean up of the
mailbox to free up space.

The system is Exchange 5.5.

Some users can send to this account.  Those that cannot receive the
error below.  The account is not a DL and not limited.

 Any thoughts.  The user just transferred from another office - email
address stayed the same, Display name and group assignments are
different.

Those that can send to her email are from her old office.  All systems
are in the same domain.
