We recently installed GFI:Mail Essentials 8.0 and find it to be very good. We're actually using Exchange 5.5, so I had to monkey with it a bit to get it to work on the same server (rather than setting up a second machine for it). It filters a lot of mail now - with very few legit mails getting stopped. All I can say is this - the bosses here were VERY happy to see 98% of the Spam go away! If not, does anyone have any recommendations to accomplish this (through say 3rd party software)? Our organization is being overwhelmed by SPAM, and I would like to be able to filter messages that have specific words in them, either in the Subject or message text. Our environment is Exchange 2000 with Groupshield 5.2 for Exchange.
