Content filter for Exchange 5.5

Hi everybody,
There are about 10 Exchange 5.5 servers in my organizations. I use Site
connector to connect them. Now one of my client has virus and it
automatically send e-mail to all clients. Our anti-virus program cannot
delete these e-mails.
How can I filter these e-mails ?
It's very urgent.
