When using outlook, the first time you type in a user name, it takes a few seconds to resolve. Every time after that, when you type the same user name, it will almost instantly resolve. I believe that Outlook caches this contact information somewhere locally. Does anyone know where and how long this data is kept? Tony Anderson UW CSE
