I also would lean towards Postfix as it is MUCH easier to use.  However, there 
is a commercial version of Sendmail that has support provided.  Quite 
expensive, but if your corporate environment requires it, then it can be a good 
way to go.

personally I found sendmail a lesson in "loopy wisdom" a bit and postfix
easier to setup and potentially more secure *duck*. Anyhow sendmail.org,
postfix.org, google groups and google are your friend. Also the readme
files teach you allot.

The only thing I would say, is that you better be ready to provide your
own support. Either that or have some darn good relationships with the
guys on the support lists. When stuff breaks you gotta fix it. In
contrast GFI has great support (so im told). Something to think about
