mail.nanotms.com is not responding. They need to reboot it or otherwise
attend to the problem.

If you want to try to notify someone, look at the whois information for
nanotms.com.

Subject: [exchangelist] Connection timed out

http://www.MSExchange.org/

Hi guys/ladies,

  Good morning.

  Whenever I tried to send email to this particular domain users, I notice
the email would get stuck in the queue. Only after several persistent
"forced connections", then the email get out but after a few hrs, it
bounced back, saying "couldn't find the host".

  I check with the remote domain Exchange administrator and this was the
log entry

"Nov  1 18:44:59 sierra sendmail[17045]: jA22hpi17043:
to=<scng@xxxxxxxxxxx>,<ykyee@xxxxxxxxxxx>,
delay=00:01:01, xdelay=00:01:00, mailer=esmtp, pri=67174,
relay=mail.nanotms.com. [203.116.100.179], dsn=4.0.0, stat=Deferred:
Connection timed out with mail.nanotms.com".

  Anyone could provide some troubleshooting tips?

  The server is running Exchange 2003 w/ SP1, default values.

  Thank you.

  Best regards,
  Jason Tan
