I have this problem too but with a University.  I contacted the
university and they said it was probably my isp did not have a reverse
DNS entry.  I contacted my ISP and they are adding one.  I will let you
know if this works.

Can you check if the remote server lets you connect to it?  Cause some
mail servers have connection limits.

In my server most of the mails are not going. This seems happens
intermittendly.Event viewer getting  warning messages continuously as 

Connection drppoed by remote host.

Exact error message

essage delivery to the remote domain 'rediffmail.com' failed for the
following reason: The connection was dropped by the remote host.

I need Outlook for its other applications.... I run a home business and
when I had my PC I had a much more proficient and organized way of
running things... But now I made the switch and need to use Outlook on
my Mac.... Please help!
