Connecting multiple Exchange ORGs together.

How would someone go about connecting two different Exchange 5.5 ORGs
together?  We have a site that we want to still host their Exchange servers,
but also allow them to have the same SMTP domain as ours.  Can this be done,
and does anyone know of any documentation for this?
