I think your only options would be an X.400 connector or SMTP. The
components required for the X.400 connector are available in Exchange 5.5
Enterprise edition, and I'm not sure if they can be added to the standard
version.
 
Be aware that this would only pass mail back and forth, it won't give you
directory replication.

I want to install Exchange 2003 in another domain (on a Windows 2003

How can I connect these two Exchange ? (Use site connector, join the
Exchange 2003 to the existing site of Exchange 5.5, ... ?)
