Change the owner of mailbox

Hi,
We have Exchange 2000 with around 400 users upgraded from Exchange 5.5. Some
mailboxes owned by wrong users.
My questions,   1 - Is there a way to change the owner of the mailbox?
                2 - Is there a way to let two users open one mailbox?
