Change of password vis OWA

Hi guys,
I am presently having a problem with my Outlook web access. I presently run
Exchange 2000 with service pack 2. I have a lot of clients who access their
mails via outlook web access from remote sites and sometimes they may stay in
this remotes sites for as long as 3 months. Many times these people need to
change their password whenever their password expires. To do this they usually
go to the change password icon on the options tab, but anytime they click on
the change password option. A new window opens saying this page cannot be
displayed. How can I resolve this problem so that the guys at the remote end
will be able to change their passwords themselves.
