Change Service Account

Dear Friends,
I want to change my administrative password, when I am changing it my exchange
server is not working, bcoz exchange server service account is Administrator.
Can any one tell me how can I change my administrative password ?? And please
also tell me how can I change my exchange server service account. ??
I am using Exchange server 5.5 on windows NT 4.0 server.
