Change Directory Name

I created a recipient in my exchange box.Later decide to change the user
name.i did it and was successful but the truoble i now have is the mails
sent to the user are always bounced back because the name in the email
address properties of the recipient is different from the one in the
Directory Name name tab on the recipients properties.I am using exchange
5.5
