Outlook 2002 (XP) does not have a 'Services' selection under 'Tools' So
not sure what MS did with that selection in XP. Also, these accounts are
set up as exchange mail accounts, not pop3, imap, http or any other mail
server type, so not sure if that has any effect on the selection.

I am going to guess that you went down the path of:
Open Outlook
Click Tools
Click Services
Click Addressing Tab
Change the Show this address list first to reflect the users personal
address book

Hello

Does anyone know how to change the default address book listing in
Outlook. We're using Outlook 2002 and Exchange 2000 SP 3. Currently the
default comes up showing the Global Access List, my users want their own
to show up first. TIA
