Outlook 2002 (XP) does not have a 'Services' selection under 'Tools' So not sure what MS did with that selection in XP. Also, these accounts are set up as exchange mail accounts, not pop3, imap, http or any other mail server type, so not sure if that has any effect on the selection. We're using Outlook 2002 and Exchange 2000 SP 3. Currently the default comes up showing the Global Access List, my users want their own to show up first.
