Yes that's right
 
You can choose the personal address book or Outlook contact. If Outlook
contact is not listed you have to add in the box below. You might have
to restart outlook for it to appear in the list

I am going to guess that you went down the path of:
Open Outlook
Click Tools
Click Services
Click Addressing Tab
Change the Show this address list first to reflect the users personal
address book

Does anyone know how to change the default address book listing in
Outlook. We're using Outlook 2002 and Exchange 2000 SP 3. Currently the
default comes up showing the Global Access List, my users want their own
to show up first. TIA
