I am going to guess that you went down the path of:
Open Outlook
Click Tools
Click Services
Click Addressing Tab
Change the Show this address list first to reflect the users personal address
book

Subject: [exchangelist] Change Default Address Book

http://www.MSExchange.org/
Hello

Does anyone know how to change the default address book listing in Outlook.
We're using Outlook 2002 and Exchange 2000 SP 3. Currently the default comes up
showing the Global Access List, my users want their own to show up first. TIA
