Can't send to certain domain?

Hi All,
I have a exch 2k server on a win2k server in a win 2k AD enviroment.
when I send e-mail to external services it works fine, but one domain,
they do not get the message. The client gets a delay delivery or a NDR.
I check the queue and there is messages waiting there for that doamin.
I have sent messages to this domain many times before do not know why it
is not reciving???
Any ideas
