In the Exchange Library (microsoft.com/exchange/library) you will find
the Store Permissions document:

http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/exchange/2003/library/storp
erm.mspx

It might probably be easier to try to figure out what changed and
reverse it.

Thanks, so what do you recommend should I check over the GAL

is it possible that the permissions reset by itself or some patch
applied to the exchenge or windows system?

Thanks,
Oscar
