I was able to do a tracert to mail.nubiint.com [67.34.130.249] OK, I was
able to PING it OK However PORT 25 is actively refusing. ! Of 2 things,
either SMTP is no longer on Port 25, or SMTP is not running.....

I don't understand why I'm unable to receive any email on my e2k server
but I'm able to constantly get these freaking messenger popups. Can
anyone assist with this issue? I can send mail from both the POP3 &
Exchange account services that are configured on this server, I just
can't get any email.
