RE: Can't open email

Dhaval, thanks for the response and I would think that also but since I've
went to XP Pro, Outlook 2002 this is where the issue started happening.
It's just a log file (DATEOFBACKUP.LOG).

I think the format in which the alpha server is sending the report is
incompatible.

Using Windows XP Pro, updates all installed.
Using Exchange 2002 connecting to Exchange Server 5.5
 
What my issue is that we have an Alpha Server that sends a email report
on the nightly backup to me when the backup is completed.  The size of
the email roughly 843KB.  When I go to open it, Outlook hangs, go to
Task Manager, says Outlook is not responding.  I can open other emails
larger than this so I'm confused why I can't open up this particular
email.   When I highlight the email, right click on it, Forward, it
opens.  Anyone ever have this issue?
