Can't change password from Outlook

I'm running Exchange 2003 on Windows 2003 server with all the latest
service
pack and hotfixes.
When I try to change password from Outlook client which is logon to
non-Exchange
domain.
I receive this error message:
"The Windows NT Domain password could not be changed. A required action
was
not successful due to an unspecified error. "
Check on KB; found same issue for Windows 2000 server but could not find
anything for Windows 2003 server.
Hope someone can help me.
