I think the problem is obvious: MSExchange contains the magic word S-E-X.
Therefore the message is blocked.
I am not a Symantec expert but you can try the following:
1. Define the word "MSExchange" as an exception
2. Enable an option that searches for whole words only
3. Forget about mails with "MSExchange" in the title
4. Remove the word "Sex" from the list of forbidden words (not recommended
