Cannot open mailbox

Hi all!  I recently had to re-create a user's NT4 domain acct.  Now when she
tries to open her mailbox, she receives the error "unable to open your
default email folders.  you do not have permission to log on."  I have reset
her exchange acct to use her NT account as the primary account.  What am I
missing.  This is Exchange 5.5 sp4.
