If you updated to 2003 then on OWA there is a configuration switch for
allowing viewing of attachments. You also need to be sure that when you
logon to OWA that you check "private computer". This is to try and
force people to think twice before downloading and viewing attachments
on a public access terminal where documents could be left behind for
others to view.

Check the Exchange virus software if it is running. You may need to stop
those and restart the store.

Hi i try to open attachments using outlook web access. Recenlty we
instaslled latest updates on the server. After that no one can open the
attachment. what is the reason no one can open any attachment.what i
need to do to open these docs
