Cannot find emails archived/exported

I have a user with Outlook 2000. She used to have an archive or personal
folder (not sure which one) that she closed and we can't find to get back.
She placed old emails into this folder to store and needs to access them.
I have looked at every .pst file on her local drive and cannot locate
them. What else should I look for? [Using Exchange Server 2003]
