The Migration Wizard does not work between Exchange organizations. You have to
use the Exmerge to accomplish that. You should not have used the ADC to
connect to old organization to the new one...you should have used the Move
Server Wizard to attach the old server to the new organization/server.
I'd imagine that you'll have to remove the ADC, remove the mailbox association
from existing users, and then use Exmerge to dump the mailboxes out of the old
server and import then them into the new server.
I'd strongly recommend calling Microsoft. I think $200 would be a bargain
given the complexity of this situation.
