Yes,It is possible.
You need to point both domain MX records to your Exchange server. In the IMs
connector, configure both domian names as "Inbound" under the routing tab.
For the user mailbox add teh appropriate SMTP mail address.

Can you host multiple domains on one exchange 5.5 server.
 Currently have exchange setup with domain1.com and would like to add in
Domain2.com 
All users would have the same mailbox on both domains.
