Hello there.
Once I got the same message, and believe me, the pst file was
read-only, Try to verify that.
This happens specially if you save the file in a CD-R media.

I exported one users Outlook 2000 email's to a PST. I deleted the user
from the exchange. Now i need to check some email in the INBOX of that
user. But i am getting the error that "properties for this information
service must be defined prior to use" . Than is says " file access is
denied.You don't have the permission required to access the file" . Can
someone help me on this. ThNX in advance.
