That's one way, a group calendar. Here's another.
Have the user go into the properties of his mailbox, go into
permissions and give the other user "review" access. Next right click on
the calendar, properties, permissions, and give users either reviewer or
editor access. At this point the other user can see your calendar. You
have a couple of options now. Going into tools/ email accounts/ change
the exchange account / more settings / advanced / open these additional
mailboxes and add the other user, save it. Now he can access the
calendar at will. Does that make sense? I can give better inst., If
needed.

Does anyone know how to share Outlook Calendars, i have installed Exch2k
with all the default settings, i can assign permissions at the server
level, but cannot give access exclusively to the calendar, the entire
mailbox becomes visible. If i try to do it at the client level i get the
error message: The modified permissions could not be saved. The client
operation failed. Can anyone be a star and help me out?
