I think this is the solution

Log onto one of the machines as an administrator, open outlook and in
the public folders create a new calendar folder called say-"CalendarA"
now right click on it and make everyone the Owner Group-or you can make
a specify group the owner group-now create a shortcut to that folder on
their outlook shortcut bar and away ya go!

Hope this sorts you out

Subject: [exchangelist] Calendar access

http://www.MSExchange.org/

Does anyone know how to share Outlook Calendars, i have installed Exch2k
with all the default settings, i can assign permissions at the server
level, but cannot give access exclusively to the calendar, the entire
mailbox becomes visible. If i try to do it at the client level i get the
error message: The modified permissions could not be saved. The client
operation failed. Can anyone be a star and help me out?
