http://www.msexchange.org -------------------------------------------------------Find all those appointments that have the agenda attached as a word document or a PDF and financials attached as excel, etc. Save those files somewhere and press the delete key. Another option, Export that calendar to a pst and start new. I would lean towards users training, get that user to understand that all those attachemnts are where the space is being taken up and teach them how to properly store them. Just be glad you V.P. doesn't say what mine did when I implemented storage limits... "Turn the off NOW!!!!!!!" We have users set to 150mb's for their mailboxes. This one users calendar size is 156mb's alone. We've dumped everything out of the mailbox besides the calendar. Is there anyway to purge some of the data in the calendar so we can get the user back up and running? Exchange 2000, Outlook 2000 Thanks, John B. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo!
