Built-in fax sending with Exchange 2003?

I have the awful feeling that Exchange does not have it's own nuilt-in
fax sending solution?
 
I am looking for a good and reliable way to send faxes through Exchange,
from Outlook, for instance, or Word or whatever (through a printer
profile).
 
Do I have to use a 3-rd party solution?
