Browse mailboxes from ESM?

Hey all,
I have been using outlook client from my laptop and creating new profiles
for each user that i need to interact with their mailbox for whatever
reason. A Friend of mine just said that there is a way to browse mailboxes
directly from Exchange System Manager? Is this possible? Or any other way
other than using outlook client? Please fill me in.
