Which server is this? auromail.aecsmail.aravind.org

Have you checked the rules yet, like Mark suggested?

Dear Mark Fugatt
I have been sending mails from exchange server without any problem.
However, mails are bouncing back to the senders with the following error
message. I found that mails were going to the same domain if sending it
without an attachment. It was not reaching them with attachment. I
appreciate you all if any one helps me out to fix this problem.

A configuration error in the e-mail system caused the message to
bounce between two servers or to be forwarded between two recipients.
Contact your administrator.

Any rules configured on the client?
What View do they have selected from the View menu?

Subject: [exchangelist] Emails disappearing from the Inbox

http://www.MSExchange.org/

Hello Everyone

I have a weird issue that I can explain and need help.

I have a Merak mail server that's forwarding emails to the exchange 2003
server (Primary mail server).
One of the users emails are disappearing after he opens the Outlook client
which is synchronized with exchange.

The weird part is you see outlook download emails from the server into the
inbox then the emails start disappearing one by one!!

I have (Merak mail server)POP3 accounts set to only send and not to receive
on this users pc.

Please help

Thanks
