I would just like to thank everyone for their input on this.
Solution:
McAfee Groupshield 6.0 was the culprit. When it was failing to scan emails, it
was allowing the headers through but not the Body or Attachments through.
Upgraded to 6.2 and problem solved.

Hi gang...just a few moments ago, for some strange reason, some users emails
have nothing in the body of their emails, including myself and nothing other
than the Exchange services were terminated unexpectedly.....
Any ideas why and how to get the body of these messages back?
