Disable the HTTP protocol for the user, but like Rob asked, "It depends on what version your running" as to how this is done. In Exchange 2000 open the user in Active Directory Users and Computers (make sure the Advanced Features option is enabled from the View menu), go to the Exchange Advanced tab and you will see the Protocol's button. In Exchange 5.5, cannot remember the exact location, but open the users mailbox in Exchange Administrator and you should find the Protocol option in there somewhere.
