Before I reINSTALL!!!!

I'd like to pose my list of problems to the forum as one last attempt at
salvaging my E2k server.
Problems:
1: Unable to view GAL.
        I've checked to ensure that RUS was updating and working in Schema.

2. Unable to resolve names after creating new user accounts for us of
Exchange server services or Corporate email.
        Recieve error: The name could not be resolved. The name could not be
matched to a name in the address list.

3. Unable to send email from newly created "mail.mydomain.com" user account.
I can recieve to this account fine. I can also send/recieve from one of "my"
re-created "mail.mydomain.com" account.
        Created %s@xxxxxxxxxxxx policy for this account.
        Recieve error: 550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for me@xxxxxxxxxxxx


4. Unable to add any contacts to my address list.

Note: attempted to rebuild the RUS.
Note: attempted to recreate my account on another system using exchanger
server services. Unable to resolve
Attempted to recreate my policies.
Relay is set on my SMTP virtual server properties to "AAlow all
computers..." and "Only the list below with the IP of my DC listed"...



Any and I mean ANY help is appreciated...
