I second these comments. I've had our demo up for just over a week and in that time, I've blocked about 93% of the incoming email. Everything from invalid recipients, general spam, and blacklist hits. I have yet had it physically "block" a message that was good but I've had a few tagged as spam in the subject line. I can live with that. I had users in our sales dept that used to have 400 spam messages on a Monday morning. This Monday, they had less than 50. I can do some additional tweaking and probably get that down quite a bit more but I don't plan on doing more until I get the OK from mgmt to keep it. Setup out of the box is painless. Took about 15min to set up with defaults. In my opinion, its worth it. Just make sure to get the series 300 model so that you can get LDAP lookup to verify recipients.
